Plant a seed. It grows into your business.
Seed starts your enterprise on Semurg in minutes and then grows with it. Every part of your business gets an agent that is responsible for it, the systems you already use plug in from the Marketplace, and new capabilities are added as your business needs them. It is not a product your business has to fit into: it takes the shape of your business, and keeps growing with it.
Not software you fit into
Shaped by your business
Your own kinds of records, relationships and processes, learned from your own data and decisions, never a vendor's fixed schema. When your business changes, the software changes with it.
An agent responsible for every part
Each team, process, system and kind of record has an agent that does its work and can always say what it is, whether it is working, and what it cannot see. Inside your business the agents act from the first day. Anything that leaves it, such as a payment, an email to a customer or a signature, is prepared by the agent and approved by a person until its track record earns it the right to act alone.
Building blocks, not rebuilds
Connect the systems you already use with shared, two-way integrations from the Marketplace, instead of writing your own connectors.
It grows, it never migrates
Every change adds to what is already there. Nothing you built is replaced, so years in your business has not outgrown it and has nothing to move off.
How a seed grows
Planted, in minutes
Your people, your messaging, a first part of your business and your first data, with agents watching over each.
Rooted, in the first weeks
The kinds of records your data shows become your own; your first connected system; your first rules for who may see and do what.
Branching, over months
New parts of the business added from a written description, built and tested by coding agents; agents taking on more work as their record grows.
Running the business
The day-to-day work runs through its agents. People handle the exceptions, the approvals and the decisions that matter.
Works today
Build your own application on a Semurg node. Memory, records, vectors, the graph, documents and messaging are all reachable through the node's public API, from the Python and Elixir clients or over MCP, and your application keeps its data in the node rather than in files of its own. Start here. A single free node has all of it, with no licence key.
Coming soon
Each of these moves to "works today" when it passes, from outside, on a published release.
- Seed itself, in every release: one command plants a running enterprise with its screens, its agents and your first data.
- A guided start that asks about your business and plants what it needs.
- An agent for every part, each answerable from your screens and from your AI tools.
- Marketplace building blocks: two-way integrations, packs of ready-made functionality, apps.
- Growth by description: say what the business needs; coding agents build it, test it and add it.
Questions
- Is Seed a hosted service? No. It runs on your own Semurg cluster, on your own hardware, or on a server you rent from Semurg Cloud once it opens.
- Who owns what grows? You do. It is your code and your data, on your machines.
- What is it written in? Elixir, with Phoenix LiveView screens, and Semurg holds all of its data.
- What does it need? A Semurg node. The first node is free.
